SENDING & RETURNING OF YOUR QUILT

If you intend to send your quilt to By Joy It's Quilted, either in person, by Post or Courier, please check the

Quilt Preparation page to ensure you have followed my recommendations for your quilt.

Please print out an Order Form ( pdf format, you will need Acrobat Reader to download )

Please complete all the required information and sign the form ( Keep a copy for yourself and enclose the original with the quilt )

I recommend placing your quilt top, backing and wadding ( if you are supplying ) into a plastic bag then in to a Large "Tough Bag"  so I can return the quilt to you in the same bag if possible (available at Australia Post Office )

Please Post using Registered Australian Post.

You will recieve confirmation that I recieved your quilt by Phone, email or SMS.

Returning your Quilt to you

You will be advised by email or phone when your quilt has been completed.

If your quilts need to be returned by post,  this will be done via Australian Post and sent by Registered Mail

This will be charged at cost,  plus any packaging or handling fees. You will need to settle your account prior to the quilt being despatched, see Payment Options.
